Tracy is the Founder and President of Ascend Governance, where she blends over 20 years of diverse governance and paralegal experience to elevate operational success across industries. With advanced education in legal & paralegal studies and business administration and certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Minnesota Paralegal (MnCP), Tracy offers unparalleled insight into board operations, regulatory filings, and writing policy.
Her work spans nonprofits to Fortune 250 enterprises—strategizing with General Counsels, outside Counsel, and law departments, designing governance frameworks, and empowering leaders to align oversight with long-term vision. Known for her clarity, strategic precision, and drive for meaningful impact, Tracy transforms complex governance challenges into practical, actionable solutions. Beyond her professional role, she actively supports community stewardship. Tracy holds the role of Chair, Vice President, and Secretary on nonprofit boards were she applies her governance expertise to assist in continued progression.
